Formed in 1991, Finley, Colmer and Company offers corporate, financial, and general management advisory services to middle-market companies and various creditor groups. Our representative assignments have included corporate refinance and capital formation projects, merger and acquisition mandates, turnaround management and bankruptcy advisory services, litigation support services, and operating and internal controls identification.

Finley, Colmer routinely provides advice on situations and transactions for the benefit of both operating companies and creditors. Examples of other corporate finance work include arrangement of DIP and exit financings, development of plans of reorganization, asset sales, capital formation and debt restructure assignments, and valuation projects.

Several recent engagements have involved international operations. Each of our affiliated partners has on-the-ground experience in multiple areas outside the United States, including Europe, Asia and Africa.
