Board of Directors

Peter Colmer serves on the boards of two client companies. The first is a closely held analytical laboratory and litigation support company headquartered in Atlanta. The company is staffed principally by doctorate-level scientists operating in the environmental certification space. The second is the largest privately held distributor of propane in the United States, whom Colmer initially assisted in a large refinance project.

Mark Smith serves on the Board of Directors for the Down Syndrome Association of Atlanta. Founded in 1979, the DSAA is a 501(c)(3) Georgia non-profit organization focused on enhancing the lives of individuals with Down syndrome and their families through support, education, advocacy and awareness. In his capacity, Mr. Smith advises on and assists with fundraising and awareness efforts in addition to managing the organizational efforts behind one of the organization's two annual fund raising events. Mr. Smith also advises on accounting and budgeting best practices to help ensure the transparent and efficient use of the foundation's capital resources.
